The certificate states that a male child called Barack Hussein Obama was born on August 4, 1961, – Obama’s actual birthday – at Coast Province General Hospital in Mombasa.Barack Obama’s brother Malik tweeted a picture of a birthday certificate he claims proves the ex-president was born in Kenya.

It also correctly lists his parents as Barack Hussein Obama and Stanley AnnObama (née Dunham).The time of birth is listed 7:24pm which matches the time on Obama’s official birth certificate from the State of Hawaii, where he was actually born.Barack Obama and his brother Malik have had a strained relationship.
