A dead baby was found at a refuse dump site at Oyigbo area of Port Harcourt in Riversstate today. Facebook user, Elenda Samuel, who shared the sad photos online wrote;

"This is very BAD..Why do this to an innocent baby???This little baby was dumped @ oyigbo dump site this morning PHGod will Judge whoever did this??
