Today, wife of the Vice President,Dolapo Osinbajowas in attendance as Lagos State Governor,Akinwunmi Ambodeunveiled her grand-father,Chief Obafemi Awolowo'siconic statue in the state.The huge statue is loacted at the intersection of Lateef Jakande Road and Obafemi Awolowo Way.According to Ambode, 'Chief Obafemi Awolowo’s legacies and landmark achievements, have endured and remain a source of inspiration for progressive leadership in the country'.
